The cottage also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities. The house is also appreciated by professionals or craftsmen working in the region (one bathroom per bedroom!) that allows colleagues to easily share the house.

Outside, you can relax in the 15 hectars garden and woods and enjoy the serene surroundings. On the ground floor

• The Living room : stone fireplace and insert, stone sink, beams, sofas, cupboard (games, notices, visits, hikes), television, telephone, access to window door, (south facing)

• the kitchen and its dining area: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator and freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle), French window opening onto the terrace and the garden furniture (east facing)

• Bedroom 1: 140cm bed, 110cm long bed for small child, French window, stone sink, cupboard (west facing) with its own shower room

• laundry room: washing machine, sink

• separate WC and broom cupboard

**On the first floor

• Bedroom 2: two 90cm beds that can be made into a double bed and a large cupboard (hoover, baby bath and mattress for changing), its bathroom
• Bedroom 3: 3 beds of 90cm, cupboard, bathroom
• independent WC.

On the ground floor, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
